  1. @alybee930 Wonderful. How do you like the Kindle, by the way?
  2. @alybee930 So glad that you liked it! This book is very near & dear to me.
  3. @alybee930 I hope you're enjoying SLOB.
  4. @NancySpringer I'm so glad you are liking SPILLING INK! I never imagined collaborating on a book could be so much fun.
  5. I just finished reading MAHA EVER AFTER by Sumayya Lee. It was fascinating! A peek into the Muslim community in South Africa.
  6. @3barrel Yeah, he said, "You told me you were going to give me a hair cut, not an EAR cut!"

  8. Ok, off to clean up fallen roof shingles from my lawn so Trick or Treaters don't wind up with nails in their sneakers.
  9. There is a life-size severed gummy hand sitting on my writing desk, waiting for me to canabalize.
  10. From "For Immediate Release Reviews": BYE BYE BABY is "the most perfect book to give to an older child once a new baby has come along."
  11. BOOKLIST loves Bye-Bye Baby! "zoo visit is as much fun as the standoffs.. children will recognize jealousy, anger, &, finally, acceptance."
  12. Gave a speech at Sage Chapel at Cornell and brought my 4 year old. At the end of it he announced, "Ok, let's get the hell out of here."
  13. @coolcatteacher Kudos to you!
  14. @NancySpringer Cockle: A female cuckold. Or it should be. Anyway, you are a brilliant writer! I should be cleaning my house. Damn you, Enola
  15. @AliceTasman Thanks for the FF!
  16. Reading THE CASE OF THE MISSING MARQUESS by @NancySpringer. I adore the Enola Holmes series! It is so clever and well-written.

  20. @juwithemad I'm sure MAHA EVER AFTER is funny! The first MAHA book was too . . . and culturally fascinating.
