  1. @bryantthesmith I agree -y restrict urself 2 jst online progs? i like 2 listen 2 music while on tweekdeck! none of that wid google os :P
  2. @cmoles cloud computing will be a brilliant advancement- im not against it :) Just its to suppliment not replace a proper OS :)

  4. @diogenes_3 indeed but that offline time is when google os is rendered a bit useless eh?
  5. @TRiPgod without ftp or ssh then surely its a bit useless for a mobile developer or the like
  6. @bathlizard indeed! i think google has some good products but i still want movies and music locally!
  7. @GedoonS i think they wont be able to get away with sponsored links on your desktop - but u never know :P
  8. @Daniel_Lambert indeed i understand the light weight aspect of google but do you trust that ALL your personal info is on their servers?
  9. Do people want something as simple as google os on their machines? Surely a browser isn't all people want on the move!? do u trust google>?
  10. @Daniel_Lambert ahh must have been custom settings in the xorg.conf for your specific model . please post on the forums n sum1 can advise :)
  11. @Daniel_Lambert due to sum licensing issues wid adobe we cant have it installed straight off but we have a clever way of getting round it :)

  14. @PurpleKitchen gd gd - as long as u just set it to install to the 4gig u shouldn't have any issues then!

  17. @PurpleKitchen good luck! if you setup eb 2.0 with a home partition you should be able to just wipe the eb 2 install n keep all ur settings!

  19. EB4 work is coming along nicely , still working on boot experience but the interface is coming along nicely... keep submitting wallpapers!
