@ you're welcome, it is a cookie session issue, using a different URL to open Web app for CRM sets a different session

@ if you have the outlook client installed and outlook open, be sure to use a URL like http:crmServer.domainName.local/loader.aspx

@, in a default installation, a link to Knowledge Base is visible from the Service Module, 5th link down, if you have rights to it
