  11. @CESNational My question is your question. What is the end result of nation of "proficient" citizens? Is this the goal?
  12. @MaryHr It can be cathartic, but over time it moves from catharsis to culture. If we see it negative, can't blame gen. pop 4 negative view

  14. If NCLB goals were achieved, would have an entire nation of proficient (not creative,innovative,inspired,motivated).. proficient citizens.

  17. @jarrodmartin1 No for us, it is a hybrid of the two. Still get subject area grades, but then get (+,-) for standards areas
  18. @jarrodmartin1 District uses one. Not sure I could say that it has lead to increase in student achievement. But scores district wide are up
