  1. RT @marilynk_: #yegbike MT @JodieSinnema: Are you a #yegbiker? Need a couple regular cyclists to comment on a story in next 2 hours.
  2. @MikeAbenojar If you got the bus number, call 311 and report it.
  3. @femmeinistgrrrl None scheduled yet. If your workplace wants to put together a few people, though, we can book one through that.
  4. @estolte But if it's a 3m path with cars on the side or the LRT rumbling overhead, no one is going to want to linger. Walterdale, too...
  5. @estolte It's a destination in itself, a space and a place. I've seen dance, opera, art, dragonboats, folkfesters: all on or from the bridge
  6. @estolte Not sure if it can work on LRT bridge: Cloverdale is great because e.g. you can (and people do) have a picnic on it, over the water
  7. A caution to night riders: flickr.com/photos/7295213…
  8. @CynthiaStrawson @RoseRambles @KlondikeCycle Weekly tune-up? You must love that bike!
  9. More concerned about having a place to linger & play, like Cloverdale Ped Bridge, than the exact design. RT @estolte: shar.es/qky7f
  10. @Bikeology @maiflygregg And two fully-equipped volunteer-run community workshops where we can teach you anything you want. edmontonbikes.ca
  11. @cerealboxed @monie_w Did you have to ring it to show that it worked?
  12. @Bikeology edmontonbikes.ca/links has as list of blogs.
  13. @sarahesinfield @DebTheLocavore @lisaepp @OFREfruit @GoldForestGrain Before going that route, read this article: localgardener.net/pages.php?lang…
  14. @britl Cdn Tire is particularly bad for high prices for crap accessories. MEC & EBC have cheap tires for $10, but any bike shop will work.
  15. @britl Don't get anything from Canadian Tire. Really bad quality for a lot of money. Most bike shops will have better for less money.
