  7. at SE world headquarters we have been enjoying some Pure Dark (quietly owned by mars) subtle slab choc with roasted and caramelized nibs.
  8. just thoroughly enjoyed a Char No. 4 spare rib for lunch. Tender, smokey enough, with a nice crusty exterior. May be the best rib in NYC.
  9. headed out to State Road restaurant in Vineyard Haven to try a burger.

  17. "crispy" vs. "crunchy" difference: we had an interesting conversation about this at Noodle Bar over the seriously delicious fried chicken.
