  19. @grahamwalmsley e.g. a educated/middle class person from New York, Boston, Texas, or Alabama *might* move towards a bland Midwest accent.
  20. @grahamwalmsley Amer. accents don't divide by "class" nearly as much as by region; extreme regional accents may denote low class though...
