  1. @caseyrosenthal Jen and Wendy setup dinner plans at Blossoming Lotus! Mmm...
  2. @caseyrosenthal Hey! Unfortunately I won't be able to make it tonight, but it sounds like we'll meet Thursday for dinner. See you then!
  3. @caseyrosenthal Thanks, I'll try to make it!
  4. USDA confirms case of mad cow disease: reuters.com/article/2012/0…
  5. A Chase Bank rep said they are not-for profit while trying to convince me to keep my account. Really? What do the shareholders get paid in?
  6. I look forward to the day when people look at eating meat the same way we do smoking. More evidence: pcrm.org/health/medNews… @PCRM
  7. @christiekoehler Ahh, I'd probably go with gandi.net. I'm in the process of moving my domains there, I'm done with GoDaddy.
  8. @christiekoehler Do you need it for public use, or just for you/admin? If just you, you can make your own easily.
  9. Also, I'm in the Bay Area this week if anyone wants to meet up.
  10. I'm looking for up to 3 months of contracting work (baby coming in July) if anyone needs C/C++/Python, server and/or database work done.
  11. @mtbert We would happily pay for Aetna individual plan, but your cust service said we'd be denied if we tried to switch from COBRA.
  12. @mtbert Thank you for responding. Focus on preventative care too. Changing Aetna policy so people like us have options would be great.
  13. @mtbert Understood, but what are you doing to make this affordable for average Americans? We have no options because pregnancy is a PEC.
  14. @mtbert No, I had Aetna through last employer, so you are our only option because of pregnancy (COBRA). No options for something affordable.
  15. @mtbert I'm an expecting father. Due to policy our only HC option is Aetna for $900/mon despite being healthy. Do you find this ridiculous?
  16. @christiekoehler Ugh, sucks that even has to be a concern. Have you seen Sicko? (Michael Moore flick)
  17. @wombatnation Yup, didn't turn out being what I had hoped.
