  1. @ScottBooher I like your CIOpedia concept. But wouldn't it be better to include wiki function as well as blog? Invite broader authorship?

  8. Anyone else using QuickBase Enterprise Edition (QBEE)? Success with Realms? LDAP integration?
  9. Moving company CRM & Support from SalesForce.com to QuickBase.com. Not nearly as robust, but some interesting abilities with QBEE.
  10. NBA series for the ages goes to game 7. 5 of first 6 decided in last possession. 4 of 6 go to OT. Bulls win all theirs in OT. Back to Garden

  14. I find SIPOC useful to clarify accountability & interdependencies and to improve hand-offs (reduce dropped balls).
  15. SIPOC = Supplier/Input/Process/Output/Customer documentation framework. Used to defined purpose, subprocesses and other components.
  16. SOP = Standard Operating Procedure. Used to provide specific instructions on how to complete a process. Good for quality improvement.
  17. Explaining difference between Process SOP and SIPOC. Each has its own purpose. Using the wrong structure defeats the purpose!
  18. @Ncorres Taking the NetSuite demo on Thursday. Comparing it to SalesNet and QuickBase.
  19. Just added myself to the http://wefollow.com twitter directory under: #tech #socialmedia #cio
  20. Have to move off SalesForce.com. Too expensive. Looking as Quickbase.com, MS Dynamics CRM, Drupal/CiviCRM and others.
