  1. peanut butter on toast for breakfast, frozen burritos for lunch, pb&j for dinner. Yup, that kind of a day.
  2. Wow. The Thanksgiving menu in the new Vegetarian Times is entirely vegan! All by Bryant Terry - might have to try some of these recipes.

  4. We have a new kitchen but all our stuff is still in boxes so it was TJ's enchiladas from the microwave for dinner.

  11. Haven't had breakfast for dinner in a while but tonight's apple cinnamon waffles hit the spot.
  12. The napa cabbage that didn't make it into last night's spring rolls got combined with Trader Joe's soy chorizo for tonight's dinner.
  13. Finally used the huge head of napa cabbage that's been in the back of our fridge - spring rolls!
  14. How is it that I can wash all the dishes then the next time I turn around the sink is full of dirty dishes?

  16. Welch's ain't got nothin' on this - just made a big jug of grape juice from 4 lbs. of fresh local Concord grapes.
  17. Perhaps my strangest dinner ever: steamed green beans and a bowl of cereal. Though not at the same time. That would be really strange.
  18. Another dinner in the basic but delicious category: tofu scramble with corn on the cob.
