  1. I just hate it when deficient company policies cause strife between their employees and customers. Employees should never argue.

  12. Franchisors should not allow franchisees to lessen quality or variety of offerings. They will lose brand loyalty & customers.
  13. A business must not offer confusing & misleading discount certificates just to get customers into their store. They will lose all customers.
  14. Managers and Supervisors must "never" terrorize employees for more sales - I saw this with my two eyes last weekend in department store
  15. Lost & Found: Each business should have a clear, documented, procedure regarding lost & found items. This is essential to customer service.
  16. Sad to see that 2 major department stores are turning into factory outlets due to reduced staff and hence service
  17. It would benefit everyone in the organization if each of us behaves as a role model. No questions then about employee motivation.
  18. Still catching up after computer breakdown. Learning how to recapture life and business without internet. Are we cyber enslaved?
  19. Had computer and connection problems - hence no recent tweets. Must yet catch up with work backlog
  20. Have a good second look at your job descriptions. Do they indicate to employees how they will be evaluated?
