  1. @shermpendley "High Demand" != "majority support"
  2. @shermpendley Well, a representative republic, but taking your argument that would be because the majority see them as harmful to society.
  3. Supply and Demand is often a beautiful and elegant thing. Not so in the case of illegal drugs.
  4. @jeff_lamarche terrorists or meth dealers?
  5. @jeff_lamarche I hate having to jump through hoops to keep "to-many" items in a particular order. Such a pain.
  6. @DaveHamilton (re: XPlane) Sweet! I've been meaning to upgrade!
  7. Here's a phrase I never thought to see "NASA Death Squads" from http://www.clavius.org/occa...
  8. @jeff_lamarche I'd throw Eclipse under the bus too, but it's misguided, not evil.
  9. Wow... my block enumerator code COULD be made multi-threaded in a heartbeat. Best to wait and see if it's needed first though.
  10. @basicbrewing Sounds too easy... I'll check it out though. :-)
  11. @basicbrewing What a shame. Where can I look on the web to find out about a rescheduled launch time?
  12. Just wrote my first array enumeration using Blocks. Almost has the elegance of Ruby. #objcblocksrule
  13. @jeff_lamarche Amen and Amen...and while you're at it, Fuck ActionScript.
  14. @grantimahara Out of curiosity, about how long between when you start filming and an episode shows up on Discovery.
  15. @basicbrewing What does one do with 81 ears of corn? I mean in a country where Distilling is illegal of course.
  16. @basicbrewing Duh... that's what tribbles eat.
  17. Wow... now my blog has THREE entries. http://tinyurl.com/lbpchr
  18. @ondmike In other words it's class-ist and bigoted.
  19. @ondmike It collects the memory that it has been told about, but ignores any other memory. It's very dismissive of non-scanned memory.
  20. Objective-C Garbage Collector --- Collecting all the memory that it knows about, and which is treated properly, since 2008.
