  1. Early alarm tomorrow, as I help deliver Christmas baskets to needy in the Haute. First opportunity to volunteer in several years. No rain!
  2. @DanicaPatrick Check out this poll: www.insideindianabusiness.com/poll_vote_page.asp
  3. Overcast sky meant not seeing meteor shower while relaxing in hot tub. Sometimes Mother Nature can be so contradictory.
  4. Bachelorhood for the next 30 hours or so, as wife and friend motor to Windy City for little theater, dining, whatever.
  5. @juliegrimes Congrats to the new parents and the new auntie!
  6. @DanicaPatrick good luck with JR and Hendrick. Are the switching to Honda?
  7. For all The Closer fans, who should not need a reminder, the show picks up again tonight on TNT. USA's Psych is moving to Weds. next month.
  8. It's beginning to look like Christmas. Barbara put out most of the decorations yesterday, and now there is snow on the ground.
  9. @DanicaPatrick Ixnay on the hair.
  10. For Car Talk fans, try their take on Dickens' Christmas Carol: www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4231170&sc=fb&cc=fp
  11. @DanicaPatrick Congrats on saying with Andretti and IRL.
  12. Unusual Sunday. In addition to laundry, must file documents, start work on this year's taxes. Break for basketball at 2. Grocery. Taxes.
  13. Way to stop the Cardinal, Irish!
  14. Wife is in garage doing more study of high-tech Fusion. Owner's manual's thickness matched by sync book. Way too much reading just to drive.
  15. @ClowerCottage I am a Nikon fan, using two zooms to do most of my work. When I hit the lottery I'll upgrade and get shorter lenses.
  16. @DanicaPatrick Regular potatoes? Sweet potatoes? How large a batch? Where does one find white truffle oil?
  17. @Wiswrite Barbara is doing the bird, cranberry/orange relish and Splenda desserts for mother and stepfather tonight. Tomorrow Mary Goss fam.
  18. This may be fun. Downloaded and tried Numbrix from iTunes, a game from Marilyn Von Savant and Parade magazine. I'm cheap: bought lite size.
  19. Really good news: PSA at 0.4. Any lower and I'd have to change that last chromosome to X. Next visit isn't until May.
  20. Off to see urologist this morning for three-month followup. Hope the PSA number is down and the prospect for a biopsy in next year is low.
