  2. Did a yoga workout for 45 mins and felt good.
  3. Swam 1000 meters in 30 mins and felt good.
  4. Ran 2.31 miles in 36 mins and felt good. exhausted--but my heart rate was good
  5. Ran 4.04 miles in 53 mins and felt great. felt really good. best time ever!
  6. Ran 3 miles in 44 mins and felt great. treadmill run!
  7. Ran 4.16 miles in 1 hour and 20 mins and felt blah. thought i went farther! Oh well--lots of energy at the end, though.
  8. Ran 3 miles in 42 mins and felt alright. Treadmill, for the first time. Watching 丑女無敵!

  10. Ran 3 miles in 44 mins and felt good. large puppies enjoy fast running times, too, and can come out of nowhere.

  17. Swam 600 meters in 25 mins and felt alright. Still a little sick, so taking it slow.

  19. Apparently not calibrating Nike+ leads to results WAY off the mark. Oops.
