  3. Day 9 - Weight 238.5, Ladder 18 - Good Times visit, gotta kick the fast food habit... :(
  4. Day 8 - Weight 238.0, Ladder 18 - big piece of cake, dinner, mostly good
  5. Day 7 - Weight 241.0 - Leftovers from game day, batch of cookie dough, and two big helpings of red beans and rice
  6. Day 6 - Weight 241.5 - RPG Game day, pizza, cookies, chips - all bad
  7. Day 5 - Weight 137, Ladder 17 - can't have both big lunch and dinner and still drop
  8. Day 4 - Weight 136, Ladder 17 - was sorely tempted to binge last night, but didn't
  9. Day 3 - Weight 139.5, Ladder 16 - result of too many free muffins and a 1/4 bag pretzels - Ladder up tomorrow
  10. Day 2 - Weight 138.5, Ladder 16 - An auspicious beginning!
