  5. Ellie is now one year old today. Not sure what's more surprising - that she's one year old already, or that she survived that long.
  6. Not sure why, but I have the feeling that I am going to have trouble falling asleep tonight, just a feeling.
  7. GOP take gov spots in VA and NJ; Dems take NY 23 (1st time since 1870s) and CA 10; let the spinning begin by all sides.
  8. Productive day...finished some things at the office, mowed the yard, fixed some things around the house. Now time to just sit for awhile.
  9. Still a couple weeks away yet, but starting to get pumped about college basketball.
  10. Listening to some tunes while cooking some dinner, looking forward to some chicken kiev.
  11. Its pumpkin carving time in the Shuler house tonight!
  12. Well, a 3 hour plus BZA meeting ruled out any chance I had to discuss the Beatles and the 60s at the library. A bit bummed about that.
  13. Off to the City BZA meeting...hoping it doesn't last too long.
  14. A few quickie hearings this morning before checking out early and headed down to Ft. Wayne for a wedding this weekend.
  15. Nothing like enjoying some Bailey's while working the research from home.
  16. Enjoying a walk with Jackie and Ellie through Krider Gardens; such awesome fall colors.
  17. Some people just should not be allowed near a computer.
  18. Things seem a bit out of whack this morning. Trying to make things in whack again, I suppose.
  19. My sister has discovered facebook. My family may never be the same.
  20. Took the dog for a walk. Wrote some letters to representatives. Read some more. All in all, nice night.
