  1. Fireworks against a backdrop of lightning is pretty cool.
  2. @ryanheffley that would be wrong but still cool from the irony of it all.
  3. @atreusmonk probably, but wow this code is BAD.
  4. I'm trying to win a laptop by including #moonfruit In a tweet. See http://bit.ly/96bxC for details. Or don't so I have a better chance!
  5. If I could go back in time, I'd punch myself in the head for writing the code I'm working on now. "yeah, this'll be great... *smack!*"
  6. RT @mpaladino: @keithelder speaking July 13 in Ft Smith on Velocity. Details http://twurl.nl/4tmbo6 and http://fsdnug.org.
  7. brother-in-law just got scammed by a $600 macbook pro ad on craigslist. I was too slow to do a google search on the email address. stink!
  8. Off topic, but @joystiq is having fun with a Dead Space graphic in all of the posts today. Pretty funny.
  9. @johnnymcintosh that just means you'll get to spend all day unpacking.
  10. @cadred congrats!
  11. @mjeaton congrats! Definitely well deserved.
  12. @MrDacus yup, version 3 is out. I'm going to give it a try at work this afternoon.
  13. That was FAST! RT @kevindente: VirtualBox 3.0 has already RTM'd? Didn't they just release a beta 1?
  14. @robcope congrats! Have fun unpacking the rest of the day! Haha!
  15. @MaggieLongshore I sure hope that #devlink has open spaces!
  16. @cbenard manually right now via hand-rolled mapper classes. We'll move to AutoMapper when we move to 3.5. Could probably codegen but oh well
  17. @bmsullivan we'll likely move to AutoMapper when we get rid of those stinkin Win2K machines in the field :) (AutoMapper requires 3.5)
  18. @bmsullivan I ended up with coupling between services that I could've easily avoided by throwing in a data transfer object.
  19. @bmsullivan I understood the idea, but not the need or reason for them. I was passing around domain objects between service layers.
  20. The one concept I wish I had better understood a year ago is DTOs. But hey, better late than never!
