  2. Home. Tired. Good Day. Two sermons. Cooked BBQ 4 church parents and children. Many talks. 10pm supper. A day in the life of a pastor.
  3. Making final preparations for today at TRC.
  4. Following the Tour de France!
  5. Eating chedder and pickle sarnie while sitting on grass under sunny skies, looking directly at the Royal Crescent in Bath.
  6. Home after a long, but profitable day. Thank God for grace and strength.
  7. Happy to welcome Debbie Siriwardine to the manse for the next couple weeks. We first met Debbie on her TMC mission trip to England in 1993.
  8. Landed in London. Rejoicing over news of son for Jonathan and Jessica.
  9. Boarding. Next stop: London.
  10. No more caffe granite con panna with a brioche. Life is seriously on the downgrade. We'll be earning how to replicate this at home!
  11. At Catania airport, waiting to check in. Hoping to get a last granita before we board.
  12. @fickett I always had to count (weigh) artwork. Enjoyed the change. Remember our sons coming to help. Remembering Mike with you.
  13. Four days till the Tour de France. One of my favorite sporting events. Supporting Levi and Lance. And stage win for George and D Murray.
  14. Listening to thunder and occasional raindrops, dogs barking, birdsongs, while awaiting departure to Catania airport, then to London.
  15. Excited Royale is returning home with new Italian cooking ideas and skills. A great meal last night at Marco and Simona's. She can cook!!!

  17. Considering the oddity of returning to hotter weather in London than in Sicily. Much higher temps than we've seen in 3 yrs. No complaints.
  18. Sighing heavily over loss of friend, Mike Taylor. Wish I could be with friends at GTY to process and pray with them. Hard to grieve alone.
  19. Coffee granita con panna on a bench next to the sea. Wow. Even better next to my beautiful wife, Royale. She's the best.
  20. Another swim in the ocean, then bartered a significant discount two beach towels. All this work is really tiring me. Time for a granita.
