  12. @fineberg @larrymagid Its not just liking the apps thats the issue - its 99.9% availability. Cloud services should be carrier-grade 99.999%
  13. @Brian_Axeda Neither clarify or obfuscate, instead cloud services abstract. They move IT away from the plumbing and towards the business.
  14. @mosesjones SaaS providers should go all out on customer service, we live-or-die by renewal revenue. What type of service went out for you?
