  14. We pay taxes so the gov't can invest in venture capital. Why not just let us invest in small biz directly ourselves and take it off our tax?

  16. The only gov't backed fund to make a positive return is Bridges Ventures...a social enterprise fund. I guess you can do well by doing good

  19. @liftstream. Gov'ts shouldnt be in the business of picking winners. These funds have been a disaster since they were created.
