  1. @larrywright sadly, i did too; but was ignored :-(
  2. @jaknowlden doesn't make it any less nonsensical
  3. @jaknowlden that's just a ridiculous thing to say
  4. doh! my mom's calling for tech support on her windows xp box (about which I pretty much know nothing)
  5. @daveminor you coming up here any?
  6. @larrywright I know a guy who just bought one and loves it
  7. @danhodos let me know if you see Steve Martin: "Those aren't two pillows!"
  8. Added a couple photos of they boys, dog and I making a quick day hike up to Ceasers Creek State Park: http://is.gd/1lIWV
  9. Off to Ceaser's Creek with the boys and dog for a nice hike
  10. @erebor i'm not really down with your forcing replies to show up in my stream
  11. Finished _Dogged Pursuit_ while waiting for friends @panera. Good read and funny. Makes me want to try agility competition with Suzzie
  12. @stuarthalloway the help text for transpose-sexp is fairly poor :-(
  13. walking with the dog through the woods is very good exercise for her, but it seems like I spend all day pulling burs out of her fur
  14. @chuckmallott looks nice!
  15. Started reading _Dogged Pursuit_ by Robert Rodi last night (http://is.gd/1kgUD) it's starting off at least as good as Marley and Me
  16. This morning's walk was way too long. I'm totally wiped out, but strangely the dog doesn't seem so. I think she's in better shape than me.
  17. @erebor I also think health care can run more efficiently (meaning more for less). To date it has little motivation to do so.
  18. @erebor not only do we want it everywhere but we often get it. Almost all technology is delivering more year after year for less and less
  19. @erebor I read the article the first time you posted. I still think it's the same. We expect more from less all the time and often get it.
  20. @erebor no, it's true in software too. if you start to think about it, it's probably true in every field.
