  16. @EHegenberger Water, oil would make gum, keep a hose going or bucket. Some varnish like Epifanes you dont have to sand between coats.
  17. @EHegenberger Yeah the stuff is nasty but once in a while is ok, they say not to oil but it works for me, even teak will loose some.
  18. @EHegenberger Yes Oxalic acid but also has silica for scrubing power.
  19. @EHegenberger sorry I missed the varnish part, I think I would sand that, then revarnish. Other stuff for bare wood.
