  2. We'll be doing a little work on our mailserver 2nite, shutting down & restarting. Should take just a minute or so, btwn 11 & midnite.
  3. Black Friday is behind us. Monday the sun is shining. The office is full of triple-mochas. Life is good.

  9. The email issues have settled and all is back in its happy place. A new contingency is already in place to avoid a repeat.

  14. If you are getting a Password Rejected error, that's a good sign. Server is coming back up, and access to accounts restored in batches.
  15. Experiencing a down mailserver affecting many of our customers. Backup is in place. File sync in process. Should be complete by 6pm CST.

  17. finally defrosted our vintage circa 1940 fridge here in the office. it's been about 4 years. not sure what/when carbonated drink exploded.

  20. @AnneLikesRed We've been hearing from a few customers that Verizon's outgoing servers are pretty sluggish today. Not sure what's going on.
