OS X has A2DP (Bluetooth audio streaming) built in. Simply put, iTunes plus Milan sounds fantastic.

The headlights on the Milan are weird. They're not like the jewel type I'm used to seeing, they use a regular magnifying lens.

A few points: scrolling is excellent, very natural. Two-finger navigation works well if your hands aren't sweaty. Bottom runners are noisy.
