  1. Finished reading You Better Not Cry. Loved it. Switching gears to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Belabored beginning, but getting good.
  2. Augusten Burroughs was great. Such a fan. And he spelled my name right. Whoo hoo! Such a fan. Can't wait to read You BEtter Not Cry.
  3. Going to Augusten Burroughs book signing and talk tonight. Have read everything he's written. Getting his latest tonight. Oh boy!
  4. Diane Keaton was amazing. 63 yrs young. Inspirational and motivating. Still sounds like she's 25 and auditioning for Annie Hall.
  5. Going tonight to listen to Diane Keaton talk about life, love, Hollywood and renovations(???). Should be interesting.

  9. It's 3:30 am and can't sleep. Sick. Not the flu, but worse than a cold. Hopefully, will be good as new by Monday.

  20. Back from Chicago. Weather awesome. Now reading Nine Stories, also by Salinger. Clear theme of emotional discontent and suicide in his work.
