  1. My daughter has a friend over. I showed them how to use things they already had to detect IR. My remote batteries will soon be dead.
  2. I press a button hooked up to my arduino, Bad Religion mp3 starts. I release the button, the music stops. Good start.
  3. @yaauie I haven't had a twitterspy.org outage in a while, but jabber.org was down for a bit.
  4. @yaauie adium supports twitter directly, but I use (wrote) twitterspy as my primary client: http://dustin.github.com/twitterspy/
  5. The last thing I saw in the MUC was something about today being a technology failure. MUC failed before I could respond.
  6. @kingsleydavies What do you mean by get/put Map style ops? spymemcached has a Map interface. Does that not work for you?
  7. I'm an electrical genius. In addition to light, I made an LED emit sound, odor, and heat.
  8. @gadgetgrrrl I'm in Tracy at a cheerleading competition. I do not feel for you and your "dance recital". :p
  9. @BrentRandolph this is just google maps on android. Choice of voice is boolean.
  10. Quite the rainbow in Milpitas. I'm somewhere under it now.
  11. When I wasn't looking, someone installed proper talking turn-by-turn nav in my phone.
  12. Annoyed that the GAE image manipulation stuff doesn't do this one really simple thing I'd like it to do.
  13. It's disingenuous at best to talk about bugs in software without linking to bug reports so people who care can learn more.
  14. @dacort Yeah, I don't have exactly what you need, but if you look around in that dir, you can get it going, I'm sure.
  15. @dacort This is probably close to what you want: http://github.com/dustin/snippets/blob/master/dtrace/rwtime.d
  16. @dacort dtrace is awesome for anything you'd ever want to know.
  17. The Eye Shield shows what someone ridiculously smart can do with 16MHz and 1K of RAM: http://tinyurl.com/eyeshld
  18. Google latitude will play back a little animation of my travels for a given period of time. Neat.
  19. @MitchellMckenna Oh, it looks like you were on the jabber.org connection which was down for some reason. It's up, but try im@twitterspy.org
  20. @MitchellMckenna oh, that's definitely wrong. Perhaps something happened in your xmpp server/client and you need to resub?
