Hmm. This sweet basil may have overpowered my blackberry jam. Still yummy, just can't taste blackberry. We'll see when it's done.

Really pleased with the consistency of this batch of raspberry jam since I put a chopped apple in it.
Throwing together chicken, grn breans, favas and whatever else sounds good.
Also, sending all the healing thoughts I can to @herbadmother's family. Cannot imagine what her sister is going through.
Inspired by @citymama's girls Clara is chopping chicken for the quiche tonight.
Leftover chicken becomes quiche w/spinich. Love having hours to make dinner.
