  1. Just got automated documentation generation properly set up for our Ruby, Java, PHP and Python bindings, linked from the new developer pages
  2. We just revampled our developer page and added some PHP example code: http://developer.directeded... Comments welcome.
  3. Scratch that. Still some issues. Maybe it'll be back soon-ish. :-)
  4. Just turned TweetRex back on after a few bug-fixes and a couple work-arounds. Will need to reseed the data set since it's a fresh DB.

  6. An FAQ: Why don't you use JSON instead of XML? A: JSON isn't set up for using gigs of data like we handle for imports or incremental updates
  7. @matthewcford If you want to give it a spin, now you know where to find us. :-)
  8. Also up on Programming Reddit, consider upvoting if you find interesting: http://bit.ly/4bVMJQ

  14. Anyone going to be at the TechCrunch meetup in Munich tomorrow? @scotchi will be wearing an obnoxiously orange t-shirt with the DE logo.
  15. Tinkering with an idea -- how many of our user-like-folks use Freenode? Would #directededge make sense?
  16. The photos from @scotchi's talk at the Edinburgh @techmeetup: http://bit.ly/1s0DdT (via @MariusCiocanel)
