  12. Lady getting Nebulizer Rx with Mucomyst got tachycardic, then tachypneic, then breath sounds almost vanished, O2 sats dropped to 80%

  14. @EmD28 : Also risk factors search (Hep B/C, Iron Sats, etc). CEA / Colonoscopy to r/o Colon Ca with mets
  15. @EmD28 : If lesion possibly resectable, no Biopsy (risk of seeding), rather MRI + AFP (to further support diagnosis), then liver resection
  16. @josebaran : Also AFP leves, and CEA levels + Colonoscopy to rule out a possible mets from Colon Cancer
  17. @josebaran : Since the lesion was single, MRI ordered to make more sure it was malignant, that there was no spread, and then liver resection
  18. Saw a 55 y/o/F with RUQ pain, Lap. Chole. 10 yrs ago, CT-scan: 6X6cm mass in liver, suspicious for HCC. LFTs Normal. Next steps?
