  2. Upstream transit provider experiencing a switching issue. Restoration ETA less than 10-15 mins.
  3. We're experiencing an unexpected loss of transit. Techs are working on the issue right now. No ETA at this stage.
  4. All service are now fully restored. Our technicians are investigating to determine the cause.
