  1. the free 3G-based wireless web in Kindle works in Israel too. although I miss the PDF reader, this machine really rocks.
  2. @skibaa yes. wireless web - great (in US). text2speech - great. music - great. PDF - requires conversion which doesn't work & screws content
  3. @ofri I played with the kindle DX version & it's really amazing. I assumed (based on Amazon's matrix) that the 6'' version is just smaller.
  4. what a BUMMER! Amazon didnt specify in the kindle versions matrix that the 6'' model doesn't come with PDF reader! Terribly sad & annoyed :(
