  5. We were discussing about bladeless fans in Times mag&by the time he sent me off to my client, I ponder on 5 words of wisdom from my dad.

  10. And oh,trust me!The recipes are not boring and green.He has some Chinese recipes in it too.One of my client bought the book&loved it! ;-)
  11. The recipes in Dr John Berardi's Gourmet Nutrition has an estimated time (10 min, 20 min e.t.c) needed written per recipe on a page.
  12. If you really want to prepare really healthy meals and have a variety of options, I recommend Gourmet Nutrition by Dr John Berardi.
  13. There are many fast ways to prepare a rich in protein and fibrous/complex carbs breakfast meal under 15 minutes.
  14. Preparing the Omelet would roughly take 10-15 minutes.So no excuse for not eating the King of all meals:Breakfast!
  15. My guideline wld be a cup of broccoli+mushrooms. Usually for myself, I would mix 1 whole egg+4 egg whites.Dash of salt+pepper to taste. :-D
  16. As for 2) Omelet with blue cheese+mushrooms+broccoli,it depends on how much protein(grams) u need per serving.I wldn't sweat on the veges...
  17. Preparing a protein shake takes less than 1 minute w/ cold water.Then scoop the oats&mix them in.U'll get chewy choc shake in under 2 mins?
  18. Protein shake with miscellar casein, I HIGHLY recommend Metabolic Drive by Biotest which you can only get them on www.t-nation.com!
