  1. The drummers have bike helmets? Holy poo, just how dangerous is drumming?
  2. I'm done reporting the results now, folks. All that's left is to sum up (on the blog) and make cracks about the closing ceremonies (here).
  3. And no sooner do I say that than Blogger starts working again.
  4. I have today's results all ready to go; Blogger is having troubles and won't let me publish it.
  5. If Bolt has anything to do with reducing the sprinter's swagger I was so disgusted with in 2004, I'm happy for that.
  6. Athlete injuries are routine; surgery is not uncommon. Doesn't stop the media from using that to sculpt a triumph-over-adversity narrative.
  7. Thirty million whiny Canadians wake up to a massive mood swing now that their athletes have won three medals.
  8. When there's an equestrian medal, I really need to just sleep in.
  9. Once again, today's results post awaits the equestrian final results.
  10. Blogger is having trouble publishing my entries this morning. Happens every Olympics. There goes 1/3 of my hair.
  11. There we go! CBC is raising the question of whether Canada is supporting its athletes enough, since we don't have a medal yet.
  12. I have a confession to make. I'm not actually blogging DFL; these posts were written in advance by a 7-year-old girl with bad teeth.
  13. Once the horsies are finished, I'll have today's results.
  14. New standalone page for the last-place standings. Covers all three Olympics covered by DFL.
  15. It's day 3 and Canada doesn't have a medal yet. Shouldn't someone in the media be whining about that?
  16. Working on a new standings page today. Will announce when ready.
  17. I'm able to do archery after all; found a page with the data I needed.
  18. Diving coverage perplexes me: the dive, the commentator's call, and the eventual marks don't seem to have anything to do with one another.
  19. A wire act. I should have guessed.
  20. Artificial wind for the flags?
