The cured bokashi is finishing in the storage tub ok. Amazing process to watch thru clear plastic.Composting w/no dirt or space IS possible!

@ Sure, I'd try it. Couldn't hurt. May take longer to ferment & you might find it in your finished soil, but'd be easy to pick out.

@ dry'ish scraps + generous bokashi = little leachate, which is ok. I think building the habit of draining every 2-3 days is a good
