  1. Wow, this blew my mind. The first time I’ve heard of a three-star Java programmer. http://bit.ly/71D6v5 (via @akuhn, @raganwald)
  2. Gartner predicts that by 2013 over 50% of new open source projects will use an Affero license. http://bit.ly/6tchpt
  3. @phlogistique Sort of a visual diet, I guess. I just got tired of all the colors. I actually wish I could have just black and white.
  4. I’ve had my monitor set to grayscale for a couple of days now. Unintuitively, any screenshots I take show up in color on other monitors...
  5. @chethendrickson It seems unusually quiet to me too. Been seeing some intermittent failwhales for a few hours though.
  6. Just because you can plot a graph doesn’t mean you have any worthwhile information. http://twitpic.com/tw2dl (via @andraanders)
  7. @ariadad Det är roligare att twittra än att tvättra!
  8. How does automatic dependency injection relate to dynamic binding? #tdd #lisp
  9. @elingrelsson Haha, den skulle jag vilja läsa. :D
  10. @tjogin Rails *is* a piece of publically available, maintained, active blogging software. The irony is that it needs so much configuration.
  11. I may have to start applying some kind of kanban principle to keep my collection of “to read” browser tabs in check.
  12. RT @davidrock101: The surprising benefits of believing in free will (so, don't think your brain is just a machine): http://bit.ly/5M8FxS
  13. Looks like a cooler Oblivion! RT @tjogin: I'm surprised to find that Red Dead Redemption looks so _very_ interesting. http://bit.ly/8iqaFJ
  14. @psnively @extralogical Agreed. Programmers don’t have to know any math, but every programmer should know De Morgan’s laws by heart.
  15. @bellware Ah, yes. I see what you mean, and I agree. In Java, the orthodoxy is maybe more oriented towards simply good object-orientation.
  16. @bellware In that case, what about Java?
  17. @tjogin Congratulations! :-D Me I can’t wait for my little brother to come home for christmas so I can resume watching BG with him.
  18. Just configured my monitor to a very weird setting. It’s now dark, low-contrast and monochromatic. Feels different. Feels good.
  19. @elingrelsson Fint ord! Tycker det låter som en lurvig och mysig liten katt som tycker om att bli smekt och äta prinskorv.
  20. “I think every good IT pro on the planet idolizes Dr. House.” http://bit.ly/7DbTT9
