  1. BT connection is going bonkers, that doesn't help looking for ref, but focusing on the pages to meet the deadline
  2. @pauljholden well, he just drew same armored dude standing straight over and over again. don't know how would it be in complex panels
  3. @declanshalvey and you don't have trouble scanning? I wasted a lot of time cleaning of white spots
  4. @pauljholden I studied with a guy that used it. inked a piece, then applied water with a brush to get sort of a watercolor grayscale
  5. @JHickman no HUMAN TARGET love?
  6. @pauljholden yeah, I use the Pilot V5, has a strong nib. scribble, scribble
  7. @RyanStegman I don't even draw in just one sheet, usually I use two A4 (8 x 11 inch?) or more. in double splash pages it gets tricky
  8. @michaelewiggam hahaha! fantastically weird I hope
  9. @pauljholden I was referring to your latest Dredd story, inked all with pen (unknow pen). I need to reduce to 2 tools instead of like 400
  10. @RyanStegman morning, dude. and no, I'm practicing it for thick strokes, to substitute the brush altogether
  11. just read about a great translation from English to Spanish. almost as good as the "Martian-that-hunts-men" but in English is not so fun
  12. got to turn down an invite to a US convention. cool people, hope to go next year
  13. @MykeNorten @RyanStegman I use too many tools (some Manga Studio too...) and that is time consuming. I gotta go to less like @pauljholden
  14. @RyanStegman hahaha!
  15. @RyanStegman very little, I'm getting thinner in Spidey. some Edding 8400 or Pitt, mostly Pilot v5, 0.13 and pencil 0.3
  16. @RyanStegman (shoot, this was an e-mail I was owing you for weeks... gah, sorry, dude)
  17. @RyanStegman both. I like fat-ass best tho, the squeeze-and-get-thick-black-ink factor is key. (but I brush like once a month or so...)
  18. @JHickman very little brush but when needed, Pentel brush pens. also Rotmarder Kolinsky brushes and Windsor & Newton ink are really good
  19. (includes review of Coipel's skull. proper skull)
  20. -@johnwordballoon interviews lovely @kathrynimmonen here http://media.libsyn.com/med...
