  1. @Aetna @mtbert Updated CPB to include ACOG's opinion on right to choice of homebirth, but then you still decline coverage in policy? Huh?!?!
  2. @elliottdotorg Was it closed to the satisfaction of the customer? or just AA?
  3. @Aetna I have to say this is awesome, although you still punish low-risk mothers who wish to use Homebirths with CNMs to avoid c-sections
  4. @IHeartOTOrange @TasteOfOrange Why pay $40 when you can pay $20?? bit.ly/HZQioE
  5. @pennjillette You have a 4-5 mile buffer before hitting "Turtle Mode". Once you get to "Turtle Mode" you better find a safe place to stop.
  6. @cupcakeactivist Desmond programmed it.
  7. @AetnaHelp That's assuming they are even allowed to bring PB into their school right?
  8. @mtbert I would like to see an open dialog with your CPB 329 policy maker, ACOG and CNMs so that all low-risk pregnant women have a choice
  9. @mtbert just want to say that your @aetna executive staff was amazing throughout my appeal, especially Melissa #twitterworks
  10. Wonder if I should bother with Independent Review or just take @Aetna to small claims. It'll be faster and won't have Doctor bias
  11. Wondering why as a Luxe member I didn't get a 50% off F&F email from @BananaRepublic
  12. @mtbert Your appeals team is great. I've been told you have final say on denial. Please reconsider your home birth policy, it's antiquated.
  13. @AetnaHelp No, appeals people were really great.. Nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately it's a policy issue that I don't agree with.
  14. @AetnaHelp FWIW, your people have been great during my appeals process, it's just your policies that are antiquated.
  15. @cupcakeactivist people aren't making fun of my electric car anymore :)
  16. @Aetna I know a way to bring down maternity costs and give women the right to choose their care. Allow low risk pregs to have home births.
  17. @Aetna I appreciated the direct response I got from @mtbert A few weeks ago. I look forward to this being just as interactive.
  18. @mtbert Appreciate your teams professional response, although I strongly disagree with @aetna's position on the dangers of Home Births
  19. @mtbert Midwife says there is no cpt for home birth and she charges the same for both, which is why I used that term. TY for response
  20. @mtbert no midwife will birth a child in socal for under $5k, so I don't understand how $3k is "reasonable". #whyamipayingforppo?
