  1. @lizbdavis Great, 1:30 Eastern should work for me.
  2. @LizBDavis home from all your travels yet? Wanna talk Edubloggercon East? It will be fun to work together on something. :-)
  3. @scottmerrick dude! Love the avatar, only just noticed it, is it new?
  4. @cathyjo I use evernote to bookmark things to look at later, when I don't have time to read/tag appropriately on diigo.Good for jpeg/PDF too
  5. About to listen to Malcolm Gladwell compliments of @lizbdavis http://bit.ly/yI2rA while the Keynote Debate slowly loads to get past intro.
  6. @fabdulla My point is that FB may be a great place to connect outside of class,I just question the value of making it 'assigned' & necessary
  7. @fabdulla re: http://tinyurl.com/lcg8tr 'most' may be on FB, but not all, do you force a 'friendship' that they don't want in their class?..
  8. @fabdulla I really think Facebook belongs outside the classroom, connecting for homework help is great but asigning connections seems wrong
  9. @tabor330 great, see you then! I'm about to join my daught for the run part of her aquathon... In flip-flops lol, good thing it's only 800m
  10. @tabor330 I'll see you at BLC09 too, will you be there for edubloggercon?
  11. Still having trouble finding specific K-12 uses of Facebook in the classroom. Need teachers to talk to. TIA. (via @willrich45)
  12. @dkuropatwa @tabor330 maybe @diigo could give diigo educators some spammer veto power? An issue not just 4 personal sites, but ed sites too!
  13. @budtheteacher Happy Budday to you!
  14. http://twitpic.com/a4ve8 - Someone DIIGO spammed my twitter home page. How do I get rid of it? (via @dkuropatwa) another Q for @diigo ???
  15. @tjmeister 2 choices, build expensive cubicles that block/jam transmission frequencies or create a different kind of test... Hmmmm;-)
  16. @tjmeister ...technology is already here for that to happen. Imagine 50+% of all students getting a perfect score.
  17. @tjmeister or someone with a camera hidden (like in their glasses) with a team helping & 200+ ppl with ear pieces receiving the right answer
  18. @dkuropatwa Yup, I'm a big math geek, just not a very good mathematition. It's the challenge that always gets me hooked in :-)
  19. Is there an easy way to get a Diigo sticky note and the quote into a Google Doc? (via @paulallison) -Good question for @diigo
  20. @dkuropatwa I said they were the same, the remembered area / r-squared which makes them different. Shame on me!
