  16. Did I say 92? Actually, 100 degrees, full sun, & 11 hours on the bike. Didn't get heat stroke! Possibly the hardest thing I have ever done.
  17. Trying not to think about 80 mile ride in 92 degree heat slated for tomorrow and failing. Ice will be my best friend, along with SPF 350,000
