  1. 11/26: Count your Blessings. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
  2. 11/25: Send an email to one person about Light the Night, and consider walking next year: http://www.lightthenight.or...
  3. 11/24: Make some time to read a book. Even if it's just some chick lit, go to half price or re-read one of your favorites.
  4. 11/23: Eat some yogurt. If you don't like yogurt, eat something green. That's always good for you.
  5. 11/22: Have faith.
  6. 11/19: Today count your blessings. You got up today, you are alive and healthy. That is better than some people today, so smile!
  7. I don't know, anything that would be of interest to you.
  8. 11/18: learn something new. Take a subject that you are totally unfamiliar with and read about it. (like the richter scale, or poison ivy)

  10. 11/17: Read a poem by Shel Silverstein today outloud. It will most definitely cheer you up. Here is a link to some:
  11. Drink something that won't make you hork. Even better, drink it and then go for a nice walk or hit the gym.
  12. 11/16: Drink a real milkshake. One that tastes good. Or even a Dr. Pepper float. Hit the dairy queen. Sometimes that stuff is soooooo good.
  13. 11/12: Find a visitor's type spot in your city. Maybe you've been there before, maybe not. But just go check it out.
  14. 11/12: Go to bed early tonight. Matter of fact, try to do that all week. And give thanks to a Veteran today, while you are at it! :)
  15. 11/10: Do something charitable. Find a cause and donate at least $10. You won't miss it. But the $10 adds up.
  16. Pretend to be a kid and do something fun for a change. Go to an indoor rock climbing, or eat outside. Mix it up.
  17. 11/09: Do something spontaneous. We all get so tied up in our routines, the daily grind, that we forget how to do something on the fly.
  18. 11/08: Do something outside, get some fresh air. Even if it's not real nice outside (although it's 75 degree here!)
  19. Call them or send them a thank you note. It's better if they are totally not expecting it. Who knows? You might just make their day.
  20. 11/05: Thank someone. Try to think of someone that did something for you. Or someone that you really appreciate.
