  1. 3 days till Christmas! Think of three things you can do today to plan for healthy holiday success all week. Plan, plan, and work that plan!
  2. 4 days to Christmas. do 4 pushups, lunges, and squats before you eat a cookie!
  3. 5 days till Christmas! Think of 5 things you did this year to improve/maintain your health. If you can't, shame on you! Make 5 goals instead
  4. 6 days till Christmas...so add six minutes of intense intervals to your run, bike, walk, or swim - kick it up a notch! Push yourself! #diet
  5. TGIF: The Goal Is Flexibility! OTHERS will need to be flexible next week as you maintain your healthy habits despite holiday treats! :)
  6. Being healthy through the holidays is more about what you eat Jan - Nov, not just Dec. Make being healthy a habit and Dec will be a breeze!
  7. One of the best things you can do for yourself is to just eat well. Fuel your body, mind, and spirit with clean, unprocessed food! #wellness
  8. Make your workouts as automatic as brushing your teeth. After all, they're just as important to your health. Don't negotiate with yourself!
