  2. Back in Tampa and back to working with the trainer again.
  3. 60 degrees, windy, and raining. With a Half-Iron tomorrow, I'm thinking I want to skip the 35mile ride today.
  4. Legs are sore from yesterday's 20k. It's been a while since I pushed hard in a race.
  5. This weekend, I've watched 2 full seasons of Hell's Kitchen. I like reality shows with people who have actual talent.
  6. Starting to get a little too cold in the morning in CT. Time to head back to Tampa soon.

  9. @johnhummel I'm a fan of Fallout 3. Freeform gameplay and customizable character. Never the same game twice.
  10. Heading out for a 10k run. One day I may decide to actually train for a race instead of just going and doing them.

  17. Nice swim in the Ohio river this morning. Feeling good for the race on Sunday.
  18. Finally checked in and settled in my hotel. Lots of nice bikes and bodies.
  19. Starting the long drive to Louisville. Ironman triathlon weekend.
  20. I can work up quite a sweat running around trying to get everything packed for a trip.
