  1. @club_is_open congrats re testing pyramid talk! Let me know if you want my youthful advice.
  2. @jessenoller -- <terrorist fist bump> of agreement / support.
  3. @djco I'm not clued in on RSS vs Atom, although I have heard that Atom is somewhat nicer. Sounds like you agree :)
  4. @djco I don't think that the protocol matters that much, so I focused mostly on getting the interface to contain the right functionality.
  5. @djco I'm trying to stay python2.3/only-stdlib compatible for the client code, so json is out - it's not in the stdlib until python2.5.
  6. @djco Quixote is nice and small, and I've been using it forever. Eric Holscher has a Django version if that's how you roll...
  7. @djco I found a decent RSS output library, that's why ;). Do you have a suggestion for an Atom output lib?
  8. @durin42 I think the public HTTP API is starting to settle down, so it may not be as stupid a move as it was a week ago :)
  9. @jessenoller thanks - got the file upload working before, but building a Python MSI is tough. Random people can upload, though. Prob. bad.
  10. Victory is sweet! http://lyorn.idyll.org/ctb/... (may be gone in a few hours, sorry)
  11. Heard in lab: "are you racist? I mean, my kind of racist?"
  12. Heard in lab: "we have chloroform? My dating life just got a lot easier!"
  13. "You're not solving my problems, and I don't have the time to break them down into small enough chunks for you to understand them." Clear?
  14. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means. (It's a princess-bride kind of day.)
  15. My name is Inigo Montoya. You keeeeeled my father. Prepare to die!
  16. jquery ui is amazing.
  17. simple/stupid pony-build speed fix: discard results > 1 wk old from display in Web interface. duh. "killer feature #0: it works". sigh.
  18. @stefanvdwalt argh, depends on numpy.distutils.core!
  19. @stefanvdwalt scikits.image sounds perfect.
  20. @stefanvdwalt hmm, didn't even think of scipy yet! obvious now that you say it. Is there a simple-to-compile Win package to demo on?
