  15. @deafninja Well, we're scaling width while keeping height const. So it's a tradeoff of dropping res or increasing distortion.
  16. @dougoftheabaci I don't think a choice would be worth the added complexity to CSS. Also,for high-res images we're def better off rounding.
  17. .@deafninja rounding up won't cause gaps; we're scaling the image, not spacing it. Does mean less distortion from orig. But also lower res
  18. .@richquick Yes. Concern is whether scaling up bitmaps is ok here, or whether it's better to always shrink them.
  19. 'round' is like 'repeat' except it resizes the image so it repeats whole # of tiles. Q is whether to scale bitmaps up+down or always shrink.
  20. For border-image 'round' tiling, should raster images round to nearest whole number of tiles (up or down) or round to always scale down?
