  1. Might wanna show up tomorrow morning. We're gonna have a pretty good massage therapist on site. $5 for a 10 min massage.
  2. Med ball tourney this Saturday at 9:15AM at UNO. You don't have to be a member to participate. Fitness for the masses.

  4. CFO nutrition seminar on saturday. 10 Dollars for members and 20 for non members.
  5. Filthy Fifty for Monday's WOD. Be on the lookout for a digital copy of the newsletter to be sent your way.

  7. Did you pick-up your first ever CFO newsletter? Appropriately named AMRAP. You can get yours in the gym.

  10. Fight Gone Bad was a hit. We had 80 athletes do the workout and a lot of cool friends and family watch and cheer on. Thanks guys.
  11. No 8am class this Saturday. Its a rest day. If you miss, it doesnt count towards you. But not making up strength does.
  12. Start getting ready for Fight Gone Bad. We have about 80 people participating.
  13. Class assignments for Saturdays are being updated as needed. Dont be left out. No one will be allowed in once full.
  14. Get your brand new CrossFit Omaha T-shirts. Basic and awesome. I will be posting them to the CrossFit Omaha store in a couple of days.
  15. The gym will be closed for Labor Day. Back at it on Tuesday morning.
