  2. @scottmladd well, my belly just keeps getting bigger. But you are seeing more because I have my dailymile.com log set to tweet workouts.
  3. Rode 3.78 miles and felt good. Rode our bikes to the pool.
  4. Swam 1600 metres in 39 mins and felt good. Added more freestyle today instead of half breast stroke.
