  1. I love Flash Builder 4's data service and VO generator: http://bit.ly/4ReEru
  2. Rubbing vaseline into monitor scratches really does hide them, my monitor no longer looks like it lost a fight to a mountain lion
  3. Mint is being acquired by Inuit: http://bit.ly/GCKXS Don't know how excited I am, I think Quicken is only interested in forcing the up sell.
  4. Ninja Warrior is the coolest show ever, and along with Movies that don't Suck, is about the only thing worth watching on G4
  5. Amber alerts that pop up on Uverse are completely pointless. No useful information at all. No descriptions, no images, nothing.
  6. RT @CalebJenkins I just read this: http://tr.im/yn8j Then sent an email to Bill at Microsoft saying he should hire @whurley
  7. OTA Syncing of GMail (and G Apps) Calendars on the iPhone: http://bit.ly/ETfT3 Works really well and its an exchange setup.
  8. Using function callbacks instead of events is up to 10x faster in a release build.(via @troygilbert) Me:Looking forward to the blog followup
  9. @rjowen Yeah, forget the 'n', Tweening makes more sense. But hey a plugin that tweets your current frame on the timeline... New Hotness!
  10. Tweeing frames against the timeline is so awesome. Thanks TweenLite, you're my hero!
  11. Richard Lord working the new hotness with Flint 2.1.2: http://bit.ly/ZzjYq Two new LineRenderers for drawing things like grass and hair.
  12. iTunes and Xcode weren't recognizing iPhone in Snow Lep. Reinstalling iTunes seems to fix it.
  13. @bryanbartow Try Flexbuilder 3
  14. Fun with the ticket checker at Fry's, homeboy actually put the ticket together piece by piece! http://yfrog.com/0vtk7vj
  15. 'for(var i:String in myObj)' is different from 'for each(var i:String in myObj).' The first iterates names and the second iterates values.
  16. New Blitz Agency website is up. Nice stuff, intro seems to tax my MBP though. I especially like the '09 demo reel: http://blitzagency.com/
  17. So much for the idea that the Japanese hate the iPhone, the 32GB version is currently the number one seller: http://bit.ly/5Vkip
  18. Flex 3 debugger skips variable declarations with no set value. I wonder if lazy evaluation means they aren't even declared until used.
  19. G.I. Joe was bad. It was so bad that its worth watching, so that you can have greater appreciation for a good movie when it comes along.
  20. Mega Man II on the iPhone as an individual game... Why not just build (or copy the existing) rom emulator and resell games through it?
