  11. merging my mssql for jython dialect onto the sqlalchemy trunk. huzzah for #mercurial!

  15. @javajuneau hat tip to @pjenvey for the sql2k dialect. i dug around the oracle+zxjdbc dialect to figure out #sqlalchemy internals
  16. just got a sqlalchemy dialect limping along with jython 2.5 + sql server 2000....
