  1. Jeff & I are looking at going to London for NYE. Suggestions for beer-centric events that won't involve annoying crowds? (Impossible quest?)
  2. Really neat idea, but I spend so much time online as it is that it's nice to still read paper magazines. http://bwbx.io/bOXU
  3. is drinking the best pumpkin ale: Weyerbacher Pumpkin Ale
  4. Drinking a Smuttynose Pumpkin at the Shepherd & Knucklehead in NJ. A tad hoppy and not pumpkiny enough for me.
  5. @JCIndependent yes the google map looks neat but is only useful while at home. I can't print out a bunch of pop-up bubbles.
  6. @JCIndependent Yes. The google map optimized for iphone use is a good idea, but does not include descriptions.
  7. @JCIndependent I am looking for a complete listing I can carry around that won't require a trip to Grove PATH in the a.m. to get.
  8. It seems there is no comprehensive online listing of the JC studios on tour this weekend, just of the group shows. #fail
  9. Automated responses thanking me for following are reeeaaally getting on my nerves. I wish Twitter would disable this pointless option.
  10. @VladdyVanity I am a girl underneath and aboveneath!
  11. I'm happy about all the new benches & trees newly installed in downtown JC. I guess it makes up for the trees they removed by the pet shop.
  12. Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin makes the end of summer a tiny bit more palatable. I still miss summer but this sure is a delicious beer.
  13. Copenhagen has a fabulous craft beer scene. I definitely recommend going. But be prepared. It's quite expensive there.
  14. Southern Tier has a huge presence in Copenhagen. Drinking a Mikkeller Man Beer (amazing says this woman) & came in Southern Tier glass.
  15. Probably should be heading home but am having one last: glass of Deus Brut, aged in Champagne lees. Yay for more delicious beer!
  16. started off the bar crawl at Gingerman with a Harpoon quad (YUM) and their gingery house beer by Cptn Lawrence (also yum).
  17. is at Resto, where, sadly, the special Ommegang beer week beers have already kicked. But an Ommegang double always hits the spot.
  18. is going to enjoy one evening of the NY beer fest.
  19. Wow. I have tears in my eyes. @DavidRoberts: "The closer you listen to this song, the more sad you realize it is." ♫ http://blip.fm/~cgj2r
  20. @pdokas How's that carrot beer?
