  1. Leaving the city for the rest of the afternoon to see @DavidBedell and family!
  2. Lunch at Bonobo's vegan raw restaurant in NYC. Perfect prelude to a meeting on weight loss. :)
  3. Out to find some lunch and prep for the first meeting of the week in NYC.
  4. Heading into NYC for the rest of the week.
  5. @miked378 yes, I can imagine! Hope you two are managing a little sleep by now. :)
  6. Apparently not quite over the jetlag yet on this trip. As long as I'm awake and alert for a big afternoon meeting, it's okay.
  7. Running coach quoted at end of #BornToRun recommending barefoot at 180bpm to work on form. Felt pretty good.
  8. Amazingly warm weather for November in NY. Going to take advantage of it and go for a run!
  9. Coffee and hours with a paper *copy* of the NY Times. Now I'm awake!
  10. @miked378 Don't think I had quite enough coffee yet when I posted that. Let me try again... :)
  11. Coffee and hours with a paper coffee of the NY Times. This is something I miss!
  12. In New York. Getting a bit cool now that the sun is setting.
  13. This was a first -- did not get Autom inspected when going through airport security! Didn't even have to open her case.
  14. @littlefatchick That's cool; I haven't been in a wifi taxi yet. Or haven't noticed...
  15. Love the wifi on the airport express. I wish all public transportation were like this.
  16. Leaving for HKG soon. Anyone else hanging out there this morning? Or flying to EWR?
  17. Almost done packing. Looks like I'll be able to fit in a two and a half hour nap tonight. :)
  18. @ethomaz feet a little raw, but my legs feel great!
  19. First the chief executive of Hong Kong speaking, now one of this year's Nobel laureates. What a night!
  20. Off to evening number two of conference banquetting. Then home to start thinking about packing for a 2 week trip that starts hours later.
